- it should not be trivialised (i.e. include non-important, irrelevant information)
- it must be drafted with the target audience in mind (i.e. Singapore public)
- it cannot include any form of vulgarities, coarse language or any form of offensive/ insensitive words/symbols, etc.
- it should contain succinct but poignant points and not too generalised
